Keeping Fit!

This week, personal trainer, Daniel O Sullivan of KB Fitness, started a fitness, well-being and healthy eating programme with all classes. This programme, which will run throughout the year, helps promote our ethos of healthy living and healthy minds.

As their cool down exercise, First/Second class also decided to do some trails on the old school road taking full advantage of the great weather! 🙂🙂
